the staff was friendly on check in. the bed was comfortable. the wifi worked well enough. it features black out blind and curtains, so it was nice and dark.
i noticed that some of the facilities could be improved. we booked a family room advertised for four people. the cutleries provided were for three people only. one of the staffs came straight into our room, she did not knock, it was a huge shock.

the location was great for getting around. i could take the bus right outside the hotel. the staff was always ready to help and was really friendly.
the air conditioning didn't work so good. it was hard to get the room at the right temperature. the ventilation system don't work right and i got no fresh air. it wasn't very comfy.

I found the staff very kind and efficient. The hotel presents a modern, clean environment and the location proved good. My penthouse room faced the back, away from the busy main road. This resulted in super quiet nights.
The room itself felt quite small to me.

The staff was helpful and friendly. the room was very clean. I could easily walk to public transportation. the underground station was a short walk, a real bonus. storing my luggage for the day was simple.
the air conditioning was not effective. there was no cooling or fresh air, so my stay was less comfortable than expected. the water pressure was also variable and low.

a few supermarkets reside within short walking distance. i found getting breakfast items easy, and the in room microwave allowed light meals. there is also a coffee shop in the same building, perfect for a quick morning treat.

the building had a secure door entry system which was reassuring. there is a lift to access upper floors too! this made moving luggage and navigating the building much simpler and convenient, particularly with shopping bags.

The reception staff offered assistance when required.
The air conditioning unit did not function adequately. The room remained too warm. I also found that the floor was insufficiently cleaned on arrival. The room was not as clean as I would expect.

the location is in east. bus stop is right in front of the hotel. it is a ten minute walk from multiple tube stations. i found the location convenient for public transport.
